Shipping policy
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Here at Premier Workplace Safety, we ship our products all over New Zealand. Shipping costs are added at the checkout stage. For the majority of our products we charge a flat rate so you know what the total freight will be before ordering. We use either PBT Couriers or NZ Couriers.
In most cases for the North Island delivery is within 1-2 working days. Rural deliveries can take an extra couple of days. For the South Island it is a 2 day inter-island service.
Please note that when the goods have been collected by the courier company, we have no control over delivery times, but are always happy to help follow up with the courier companies.
DELIVERY TIME FRAMES:
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Premier Workplace Safety containing your order details. Once the order has been received and processed we will send you through a full tax invoice and confirm the order has been processed.
We will attempt to send your goods via the selected shipping method within 2 working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer.
Products that are custom manufactured, custom ordered or subject to longer lead times will be indicated (where possible) on the particular products page.
Where there is an expected delay of 7 days or more and this has not been indicated to you, we will attempt to contact you to confirm your order.
