Refund policy

Returns - within 7 days:

If you change your mind about the product or if it is unsuitable for your needs, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in returned the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is at the customers expense, and if your product is accepted back into stock, we will refund you less freight.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@premiersafety.co.nz. This must be done within 7 days of recieving the goods.

Damages and issues - within 7 days

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Shipping, damage and issue claims must be made within 7 days of recieving the product. If the product is deemed faulty we will organise for the product to be shipped back to us at our expense and either replace the product or refund the full order amount.

Returns outside 7 days:

Your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Law are not limited by a defined time. However, the New Zealand Consumer Law does recognise that the relevant time period can vary from product to product, depending on factors such as the nature of the product and the price. Premier Workplace Safety reserves the right to charge a freight fee and restocking fee at our discretion. For any product return outside of 7 days, please email sales@premiersafety.co.nz for further advice. Any cost incurred by you in returning the item to Premier Workplace Safety is to be borne by you unless otherwise stated.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

The above policy excludes all custom made goods unless deemed faulty.

Some of our products incur a 30% restocking fee.  

If we cannot be satisfied that you purchased the product from us then, under the law, we are entitled to elect whether or not to accept your product for return.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
